Jagga Jasoos Achieves Mid Level Earning On 1st Day

Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s film “Jagga Jasos” has earned 85.7 million rupees on first day of its releases.
Director Anurag Basu’s musical drama film “Jagga Jasoos” has been released in India on Friday after a long delay. Fans were waiting for this film for quite long but it is the first film of Ranbir and Katrina after their breakup. The budget of film “Jagga Jasoos” was 1.1 billion rupees and it was released on 1800 screens in India. But the film could only get average earning of 85.7 million rupees on first day of its release. It was told by Indian analyst Taran Adarsh.
Ranbir is performing the role of an orphan boy who sets to find his lost father and later found that he is not in the world. Katrina is playing the role of a journalist in this film who helps Ranbir in search of his father. Fans like the scenes and music of film while chemistry of Ranbir and Katrina is fine despite their separation.
A film analyst told that film could achieve average response from people on the first day of its release but they are sure that people will appear in large number in cinemas in the next two days due to weekend and the film will perform better business. Recently, Ranbir said regarding “Jagga Jasoos” that if his film remains unsuccessful on box office then he will give money to cinema owners and distributers in order to compensate their loss.
It should be cleared that it is the second film by Anurag Basu and Ranbir Kapoor together. Before that, they have performed together on 2012 successful film “Barfi”.
