FCB Banned PadMan in Pakistan
Punjab Film Censor Board and Federal Censor Board have denied broadcasting of the newly released Indian movie, PadMan in Pakistan. The members of the censor boards were hesitated to watch the movie due to its obnoxious content, which has distorted the history. In this movie, the Muslim Ruler Khilji was shown in indecent style. The subject of the movie is about the sanitary health of the women, which is apparently not good topic to issue the clearance.
The members of the committee said that the movie with ‘taboo’ subjects like menstruation will not be allowed to broadcast in Pakistan. The censor boards refused to issue the NOC to PadMan and they have announced the ban on Akshay Kumar to be starred in all cinemas across the country. The members of the board refused to watch the movie, PadMan as the distributors made the request with them. The source of the Punjab Film Censor said that the movie has not good content and they did not want to watch this movie. The distributors IMGC has made the plan to buy this movie but the censor board did not allow them to buy and distribute this movie.
